Warranty Claims

Within 45 days of purchase, if your Retention Ring fails due to a defect in materials or assembly, we will send you a replacement Retention Ring free of cost. This policy does not cover misuse or abuse of the Retention Ring, including usage of the Ring that falls outside of the intended use, or cases where operating conditions such as ambient temperature or applied pressure fell outside of expected operating scope at the time of failure.

In most cases, warranty claims will be handled without any return shipment required. Please do not ship any products for warranty claim to Omnicorp Products, LLC without authorization. Any items shipped to Omnicorp Products, LLC without notice will fall outside of the terms of this Policy and will not be considered for refund or replacement.

Obtaining Warranty Service

To obtain service for a warranty claim:

  • Write an email to info@retentionring.com with the following:
    • Order number or receipt / proof of purchase
    • Photo of the Retention Ring showing the nature of the failure.
    • Description of how the failure occurred / activity at the time of failure.
    • Current Shipping Address
  • Our team will acknowledge your request for warranty claim and approve the claim. When approved, a new Retention Ring of like color and ring/cord size will be sent within 3 business days.
    • In the rare event that your Retention Ring configuration is discontinued or out of stock, you will receive a Retention Ring of similar configuration or may be asked by our team to specify which available Retention Ring configuration you would like as a replacement.
