Returns
Within 14 days of your purchase, we can offer you a return if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unused and in a like-new, resalable condition, complete with original packaging. Please do not ship any return products to Omnicorp Products, LLC without return authorization. Any returns or items shipped to Omnicorp Products, LLC without return authorization will fall outside of the terms of this Policy and will not be considered for refund or replacement.
To obtain authorization for a return/refund:
- Write an email to info@retentionring.com requesting a return.
- Include your receipt or proof of purchase and a reason for return.
- Once authorized by our team, returns can be mailed to the following address. Write the original Order Number from your receipt on the outside of the package:

- Once received, a your original order will be refunded and the refund will generally arrive within 5-7 business days, not including major holidays and/or weekends.
